CREATIVITY & VIBRANCY ON EVERY BLOCK
Downtown Grand Junction’s Creative District brings artists, local businesses, and collaboration together. From coffee shops to electric boxes, we’ve lined our downtown streets with a splash of color.

Art – year-round. Since Dave Davis started sculpting downtown’s creativity in 1984, our Art on the Corner program has continued to make a statement. With over 100 pieces, the AOTC collection is one of the largest (and first) of its kind in the country. Walking or driving downtown? You won’t miss it. While some exhibits are downtown icons, plenty of others can be added to your personal collection.
First Friday Art Walks
Art, eats, and local businesses. On the First Friday of every month, First Friday Art Walks bring out the community and local flavors. You’ll find vibrant art buzzing through galleries, antique shops, wineries, coffee shops, and the streets. Standard hours are 6-9pm, with some locations open during the day or later into the night.
Bonus, the art stays up for a whole month.
DOWNTOWN ART FESTIVAL
PRESENTED BY ALPINE BANK
The 7th Annual Downtown Art Festival, celebrating the Downtown Grand Junction Creative District, brought to you by Alpine Bank with support from Renewal by Anderson will be happening October 7th, 8th, and 9th!

ELECTRIC ART
Who said electric boxes can’t be art? Since 2018, we’ve collaborated with the City of Grand Junction Commission on Arts & Culture to utilize every canvas possible. Zap over to our downtown electric art boxes located on the corners of 4th and Main and 5th and Main.
